Accorn Squash / Calabaza Accorn(Cucurbita Pepo)
A type of Winter Squash, shaped as an acorn and having longitudinal ridges, a variously colored rind, and Yellow to Orange flesh. It has a taste of hazelnut and Pepper.
In Agropecuaria Malichita is our fourth year with Accorn Squash and we have been expanding our Winter squash program.

Ā· In botanical terms squash is a fruit.
Ā· Winter squash has a richer, meatier flavor and more nutrients than summer squash.
